Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) one of the top universities -full stop- offers virtually all MIT course content on the web, for free, with no registration required. That’s right FREE. This is a permanent MIT activity and has been building since 2002. It’s called OpenCourseWare (OCW)

Before you drop out of your current university place and get ready to scribble MIT Alumni onto the top of your CV it is worth noting.
- Its not exactly an MIT education.
- You can’t get a degree or certificate
- It does not provide access to the MIT faculty.
- Materials may not reflect entire content of the course
But it is an Amazing Resource.
Dream of hearing a lecture from the Sloan Business school on Innovation and Entrepreneurship? Why not just download the course from their page. Download the video lectures to your iPod.
In fact if you want to brush up on your engineering skills, learn about pyschology, take a business course, improve your rhetorical skills or in fact anything from their 1800 courses why not do it with the best?
As a pilot for you I am going to take the Sloan Business School course: Managing the Innovation process and will be blogging about it on this site. Anyone else want to join in?
Check out the MIT video on OCW
