This is the first post of the new Innovation Chef Blog. The purpose of this blog is to help, inform, educate and entertain.  Anyone can be an innovator and everyone can get better at what they do. Whether you are a product designer, marketeer, software guru, charity worker or community organiser chances are you will fnd something of interest. If you are a professional innovator or consultant in the field then stay in touch and follow the blog only as much as you will find it useful. We’ll try to avoid anyone having to learn a new language to follow along. The idea is to be accessible and understandable after all we’d love to hear back from you as you try things out. If occasionally the odd term you aren’t familiar with gets used just ask and we will clear things up.  There will be a glossary or FAQ built up as we go along.

If you are familiar with TRIZ, NLP, AI or Ayurveda you will recognise some of the structures being used. We aren’t going to get hung up of any particular method we’ll just talk about what works. There will be the odd in-depth study but we’ll not get too heavy.

If you are an expert and want to contribute, correct or criticise thats OK too. Just say it the way you want it to be and we’ll get along fine.
